JOKIPE Foundation Uganda will address the problem of poverty, hunger, low incomes, and illiteracy for both children and elderly through provision of capacity building workshops and seminars, community project initiatives, trainings on hands on projects, education of the elderly, women, children and youth empowerment.
The foundation on the children’s part it has fostered construction of schools on community level to tackle the problem of boys and girls that have dropped out of schools and paid tuition to foster there continued studies and funds to facilitate the construction projects and tuitions will be solicited from development partners , networking , international and government stakeholders and  children that were forced into early marriages and un wanted pregnancies, through numerous trainings, seminars and workshops the foundation has sensitize children about the dangers of early pregnancies, HIV and Aids, and early young marriages to mitigate those problems.
Further for the women the foundation has encouraged and promoted projects that help women better their livelihoods like participating in community based activities like SACCOS, farming and cultivation, arts and crafts hands on projects that are funded by the foundation to increase house hold incomes.
Youth have been engaged in several community workshops and seminars, trainings and income generating activities and projects like hair dressing, computer literacy, numeracy and literacy catering services, brick laying , constructions sites managements and some have engaged in artisan jobs and activities funded by JOKIPE foundation like arts and crafts.
Elderly have been provided with free medical checkups and provided with better nutrition and dietary information concerning their health and nutrition status and further provided with free agricultural equipment, seeds, animals like chickens , dairy goats and fruit tree seedlings to better their lives and improve their livelihood and general income status.
Initiatives in income generating activities as well as proper nutrition among the communities and the avoidance of hunger-related issues during emergencies especially in the COVID-19 Pandemic through sustainable meaningful programs.
